Shipping & Delivery
- We ship using UPS and United States Postal Service. When you go to checkout, the shipping weight for the items you have chosen is automatically computed.
- All in-stock orders will be shipped the next bussiness day (excluding weekends & holiays). Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
- The consumer must be sure to communicate the correct shipping address to Shop EZ Scuba. All carriers charge a $10.00 flat rate fee if an incorrect address has been supplied. These fees will be transferred to the customer, but only if the consumer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion if an item is priced incorrectly .
- All orders subject to in store availability.
International Shipping Rates
- Customer is responsible for all duty rates, customs and brokerage fees which may be in addition to charges calculated on the website.
- International orders are shipped by USPS and will be billed at our actual cost.
- Internatonal orders can only be shipped to the billing address for the credit card being used; we can ship to any address in the world once we recieve payment.
- All internationally destined shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duty fees, and delays as the package moves through customs.
Returns & Replacements
Shop EZ Scuba has a 30/60/90 Return Policy:
30 Day Return/Exchange/Store Credit:
- Shop EZ Scuba will accept merchandise for a full refund, exchange, or store credit (less the shipping charge) if returned and in new, resalable conditon within 30 days of the original sale. Items purchased using coupons or discounts do not qualify for refunds.
60 Day Exchange/Store Credit
- Shop EZ Scuba will credit or exchange for your new and unused merchandise for another color, size, style, etc. within 60 days of the original sale. The best way to go about this is to call us directly so we know the exact details of the product exchange. A 10% restocking/handling fee will apply.
90 Day Exchange/Store Credit
- Shop EZ Scuba will offer store credit or exchanges for merchandise returned in new and unused condition within 90 days of th eoriginal sale. A 20% restocking/handling fee will apply.
Returns/Exchanges MUST adhere to the following rules:
- All original manufacturer packaging/warranties must be included.
- Merchandise must be recieved in NEW and UNUSED conditon and will be inspected as such upon arrival at our store.
- Merchandise must be recieved at the address specified in the RMA within the 30/60/90 days as specified above. Don't wait until the last minute - it must be in our possesion prior to the return limit.
- There are no returns on items designated "closeout" or on an "Discontinued Item Sale". These sales are considered final.
A 20% restocking/handling fee may be incurred on items that meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Product is not resalable as new.
- Original packaging and/or warranty information missing.
- RMA not included with returned merchandise.
- Products damaged due to poor packaging.
- Orders returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed.
Assembled packages will incur a $25.00 restocking fee (i.e. Regulator and Scuba Packages etc...)
Return Shipping Fees
- You pay the shipping to us and Shop EZ Scuba will pay the shipping back to you on the first exchange only.
- Shop EZ Scuba will return your merchandise via UPS Ground or USPS.(International and rush request are available and will incur additional charges.)
- Please note that shipping charges cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
- Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon redeemable online only and will expire 12 months from the day your return is processed; please note that our system DOES NOT notify you of pending credit expirations.
