Details
Made using braided Dupont Dacron® Hi-Viz line, this abrasion resistant line has slight negative buoyancy, also resists twisting or kinking, and has minimal stretch. Dacron® line is stronger than #36 nylon line, yet is slightly thinner than #24 nylon line. The Convertible Spool can be easily changed from a reel configuration to a finger spool configuration in minutes.
This unique design is perfect as a safety, gap or jump reel. Or combine this spool with a SMB and it is perfect for those floating DECO stops.
- Includes a Marine-Grade 4" double-ended snap
- Holes in the side allow for clipping in the doubled-ended snap
